If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the option of returning the product(s) to us. You can request a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
• Products must be in their original condition with their tags.
• Once we receive the package, we will check the condition of the products before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
If the products are worn, washed or damaged we will not be able to accept the return. They will be returned to sender and you will be notified by email.

• The first return is free with Speedex. (In case you send the package with another company, you will have to bear the cost)
• The second return costs €2.50 to return it to us and another €2.50 to send you the new product if you have chosen a replacement. (If the product is defective, you will not be charged for the exchange/return.)
Cyprus and abroad
• You can choose any company you want for your return. You bear the cost.
The products until they reach us travel at your own risk. If they never reach us we will not be able to refund you. For this reason please very much use a method that tracks the course of the parcel.
Greece
• If you want to replace the product you bought with another number, color or other product, simply fill out the return form and close it inside the package with the product.
• Call Speedex to come collect the package or visit your local store. (Don’t forget to send it with consignee fee)
Cyprus and abroad
• If you want to replace the product you bought with another number, color or other product, simply fill out the return form and close it inside the package with the product.
• Choose the company you want to send it to. We recommend that you use a tracked or registered mail method.

• Please allow 2 days for refund in Greece and 5 for Cyprus and abroad.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
